The HZZ 53.0614 is the rack for the HZW 53 manual rack drive and transmits forces of up to 6,000 N. With a stroke of 1,400 mm, an overall length of 1,600 mm, a rack height of 25 mm and a weight of 5.4 kg, it is directly matched to the HZW 53 gear unit. The rack is delivered loose.
As an option, a rack run-out stop is available (HZZ 53.0398 up to 3000 N / HZZ 53.0698 up to 6000 N).
Note:
From a stroke of 1200 mm, the permissible compressive force of the 3000 N version is reduced to 2000 N (HZZ 53.0312) or 1500 N (HZZ 53.0314). For the 6000 N version, the reduced compressive force is still 6000 N from 1200 mm and 4500 N from 1400 mm.
