The HZW 45.0111 moves and fixes loads up to 1000 N manually and precisely – without a power supply and without a controller. The self-locking worm gear holds the rack in any position securely, both under tension and compression. The manual force required is 0 N at 117.8 mm/n stroke per crank revolution.
The aluminium housing with milled gear components made of steel and bronze is designed for continuous operating temperatures of -20°C to 60°C (static operating temperature up to 90°C) and is therefore also suitable for demanding environments.

By coupling multiple units via a hexagonal profile SW 17, linear loads can also be moved.
As an option, a rack run-out protection is available.
