The AZD 05.0253 transmits forces of up to 700 N (straight) at a feed of 126 mm/n per drive revolution (pinion radius 20 mm). It is mounted on a 1" drive tube (DIN EN 10255: 33.7 × 3.25 mm or DIN 2441: 33.7 × 4.05 mm) with four set screws. The aluminum rack is available separately in various stroke lengths; a window bracket for the flap connection and rack grease LUB 20 are included in the scope of delivery.
As an option, the AZZ 60 rack guard for straight racks is available — useful for requirements in the area of insect screening (keeping beneficial insects and pests apart), lubrication protection, or when people work within the operating range of the rack.
